  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • API Keys: AI model API keys (Claude, GPT, etc.) you provide are encrypted and stored solely to connect to those services.
  • Bot Tokens: Your Telegram Bot Token is used to connect your bot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions

3. Chat Data & AI Data Processing

Important: We do NOT store your chat conversations on our servers.

When you use the chat feature, your text messages are transmitted through the OneClaw service to a third-party AI model provider for processing and generating responses. The specific AI provider depends on your configuration and may include:

What data is sent: Only the text content of your chat messages is sent to the AI provider. No other personal information (such as your name, email, or payment details) is included in these requests.

User consent: Before using the chat feature for the first time, you will be asked to review and agree to this data sharing. You may stop using the chat feature at any time to prevent further data transmission.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
  • Sensitive data (like API keys) is encrypted at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates

  • Anthropic: AI language model provider (chat processing)
  • OpenAI: AI language model provider (chat processing)
  • Google: Authentication & AI language model provider (Gemini, chat processing)
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Railway: Hosting your AI assistant instances
  • Firebase: Data storage
  • Resend: Email delivery

All third-party service providers are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription, your instance data is deleted after a 3-day grace period. Account information may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.
